Heng Origen is a Construction Real-estate Consultancy & Development Company. The firm advises clients on all aspects of real estate developments, re-developments and construction projects. The project involves new construction of buildings, specialty facilities, infrastructure, tenant space or other construction matters such as project-management agreements.

The brief was to create and developed a more professional, informative and simplistic online presence for "Heng Origen" while at the same time reflecting the values and vision of the consultancy firm. The main focus was to create a fresh, Quality display of Content. To display simplistic informative site that en-captured the curiosity of it audience/visitors. This project was accompanies by a 2 week wireframe work to enable an efficient development process.

Not Having An Online Presence

"Heng Origen" were initially a small business attracting potential client via social media platforms and through recommendations from previous satisfied clients. Due to the growth of the firm the business realised it was losing a huge potential pool of clients by not having a digital online presence. The reality was that operating digitally was very necessary to help gain more clients and promote business.

Creating a fresh looking simplistic website with quality informative content, about the business, it's founders and portfolio to attract a greater pool of potential clients than before and to promote their business.

Final design ready for development

Display of the product's designs. After presenting the design explorations, this was now transformed to code to bring the designs to live in order for the client to understand and visualise the design intent in an interactive manner. The aim was to create a clear and frictionless journey, and in doing so to improve brand perception while maintaining and supporting an increase in conversion & traffic.

There are many benefits of having an online digital platform, the main source is to increase traffic to attract a greater pool of clients. Embracing the online technology helped "Heng Orgen" not only to reach a greater audience but to promote their services & brand and maintain their current clients.

Be open to research and let ideas go

I thought too digitally and approached the product with too concrete ideas about the result, thus failing to correctly take into account some needs and challenges of how to put together a strong design to attract the right target group.

More substantive visual design

Due to urgency of the site to be developed fairly quickly, there less time given to focus on the business brand presence. Should there have been a provision of a solid defined visual language of the brand attributes, the design development of the site could have been more advanced in visual appearance.

Restricted Budget

Due to a restricted budget we were only able to effectively help our client increase and maintain it's client by developing very few webpages and interactive designs. Given more funding the website could have been designed to be more attractive and interactive and thereby giving our client's visitors a more enhancing user experience.
